Smart Set Builders, LLC was founded in 2020 to provide Southwest Florida property owners with a more organized, personal approach to construction and remodeling. Led by Jhonandy Herrera and backed by 12 years of industry experience, we saw a need for a remodeling company that listens carefully, communicates consistently, and manages the many details involved in turning an idea into a finished space.

Based in Fort Myers, FL, and serving communities across Southwest Florida, we work with owners of high-value homes as well as business owners, investors, and commercial property managers. Our work includes kitchen and bathroom renovations, whole-home transformations, home additions, commercial remodeling and build-outs, shell construction, and complete project management.
